#ebbirth, #uzazi, entities showing the way to build community, support and empower others are lightening my load. Through these two groups as well as some local voices, I've been exposed to many Blacks and Browns ready and willing to share their experiences and gained wisdom in order to effect much needed change. It is, they've taught, that it is much more powerful to work in groups than alone when it comes to the huge task of fighting racism and its ill effects on us all.
